Books Reviewed by Me

Lo and behold, I’ve been invited to do a book review. Well I haven’t written one in a good long while. So I felt like giving it a try. Frankly I believe angling books can be very valuable. Often what you’re getting is the author’s lifetime of experience on the water. Hard to put a price on that. And unlike a pair of waders, a good book never dies. Sure it may gather dust on your shelf for a time. But as your interests change and your skill level rises, you can reread a book, and draw even more out of it. Books, books, books. They are a thing of  beauty.

My first review is Selectivity by Matt Supinski, owner of Gray Drake and Trout & Eagle lodges in Newaygo, Michigan. The next title will be Stillwater Fly-Fishing Secrets, by the venerable Hal W. Janssen.
